BAO&BAO in a nutshell
Our products are mainly sourced close to our operating platform in Nantes and come especially from the regions of Bretagne and Pays-de-Loire in France.
Our cooking techniques use largely steam and aumônière principles for the brioche bread of bao and dumpling that can be as well boiled in a broth.
Our stuffing recipes combine various flavours from Asia and Europe, leveraging different mixes of spice, algae and fresh aromatic herbs.
Our packaging is based on a majority of environmentally friendly raw materials (pulp, recycled cardboard and sugar cane bagasse).
